We’d love to claim we’re perfect, but mistakes do happen. When we make mistakes, we fix them at no additional cost.

We primarily use Autodesk products like Civil 3D and Infraworks to deliver our services. However, we are flexible and can accommodate clients who require other software, such as Carlson Civil, depending on the project’s needs.

Yes, Civilocity can work with your existing CAD standards. If you don’t have established standards, we can create new ones tailored to your project needs.

Yes, we’re experienced with a variety of file management structures (and platforms) and flexible enough to integrate with your existing tools

The client owns all legal rights to the work created by Civilocity. Our sole focus is on providing top-quality drafting, design, and engineering services to support your projects. Our contracts ensure that all work produced by our team is the property of the client, not Civilocity.

Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the work product or turnaround time, we won’t charge you. We’re committed to building long-term partnerships and believe in delivering value that meets your expectations every time.

Civilocity sends invoices on the first of each month for the previous month’s work, with payment due within 15 days. We offer flexible payment options, accepting both online payments and physical checks by mail.
